World Challenge provides educational expeditions in the developing world and closer to home which teach life skills, stretch comfort zones and expand minds outside the classroom. The bespoke itineraries foster team and leadership skills which see young people involved in planning and fundraising their way to the experience of a lifetime.
Everyday Hero provides the software and support for World Challenge to be able to offer this online facility. All donations are processed by Charities Technology Trust (CTT) via a secure payment gateway. For this service, World Challenge pay a service fee to Everyday Hero of 4.75% and a card processing fee to CTT of 1.9% giving total fees of 6.65% of the value of each donation. World Challenge receives no part of this fee which is simply deducted from your donations and the remainder is then credited to the Challenger’s expedition. This means that for every £10 donated the Challenger will be credited with £9.33.
